Is your business missing the mark on potential while you are guessing where you stand? Does your monthly reporting provide information that you can trust to run your business? These are two very typical issues facing business owners of growing businesses.
What is the difference between a CFO and a CPA? Many CFO's are CPA's but CPA's are not CFO's.
A CPA's role is to provide valuable assistance mostly related to historical numbers of a business in the area of tax compliance, payroll processing and bookeeping while a CFO will focus his expertise on broader issues related to managing day to day financial operations, working with production teams, sales and marketing initiatives, raising capital and working with outside experts and advisors.
An effective CFO will focus on not only finance and accounting functions but organization wide roles helping to ensure maximum efficiencies resulting in the business reaching its full potential and net worth to the business owners.
